ERIKS is committed to supporting industry’s transition towards a more sustainable future. Through the CirclesOfLife project, we contribute by improving transparency and sustainability data within our maritime portfolio. By collecting Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and supporting Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs), we help project partners and customers make informed, data-driven choices. Our aim is to make this environmental information accessible and scalable across the value chain, enabling measurable progress towards lower-impact solutions.
Ambitions and challenges
A key challenge is collecting consistent product and material data across global supply chains, including information relevant for circularity. This requires close cooperation with consortium partners and suppliers to ensure reliable, comparable results. ERIKS aims to standardise this approach across its business units and apply project learnings to scale sustainability initiatives across the organisation.

ERIKS supports the maritime sector with specialised industrial components and services, combining product expertise with engineering support and supply chain solutions. Our core activities include sealing technology, flow control (valves and related components), hoses, gaskets, power transmission, engineered plastics and related critical industrial applications. We help customers improve performance, reduce downtime and optimise total cost of ownership, while contributing to sustainability through innovation and practical implementation.
